"Every item at JJ Legacy Apparel is made especially for you after you place your order." This helps reduce waste and ensures each product is created just for you.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International shipping (when available): Delivery times vary by destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. JJ Legacy Apparel cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Delays

Although we strive to deliver orders on time, occasional shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We'll work with our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
